To enter: Log onto holamun2.com/ppl/register between 12:01 a.m. ET on 10/11/08 and 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/22/08 (“Sweepstakes Period”) to register on holamun2.com (“Website”). To vote, you must be a registered member of holamun2. To become a member, you must agree to the Mun2 Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and create a free Mun2 account. Enter your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and parental contact information in the form on the Website entry page (hereinafter “Entry Information”). Once registered (registration is free), go to the Contest page on the Website to view the Wonka Day of the Dead Contest Entries, and vote for your favorite contest entry; you will receive one (1) entry for your vote (“Entry”). Limit one (1) entry per person, per Mun2 account, per day during the Sweepstakes Period. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address. In case of dispute as to identity of the entrant, entry will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail account registered on the Website, and if a prize is won, it will be awarded to that registered user, subject to eligibility and other requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: One prize will be awarded (“Prize”), which consists of an iPhone® (awarded in the form of a $350 Apple® gift card) ARV: $350.00. No cash substitutions for prize will be permitted and prize is non-refundable and non-transferable, except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Prize won by a minor will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian.

Winner Selection: One winner (“Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries on or about 10/22/08. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible Entries received. Potential Winner will be notified by e-mail on or about 10/23/08. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants (or entrant’s parent/legal guardian) accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final and binding.
