Frankie takes a tour down the famous Paseo Boriqua in Chicago. He takes a tour down the officially recognized Puerto Rican neighborhood, all while giving some history behind the relationship between Puerto Rico and Chicago. He then ends the tour by meeting up with Toby Love for some Puerto Rican grub at Papa's Cache Sabroso.
