A trow up is a pice that is done quick and that looks bad, most people like to use round letters on their trow ups. most likely you will see trow ups when a vandal goes over another vandal meaning that he is not liked by the person who wrote over him/her. you can thing of it as a vandal's ammo or wepon. you can also see them alot on buses or subways, or school.

This is to correct crashe's defenition of a trow up.....=]
