i think the sentiment means well, meaning "don't dress like a whore, don't be indecent, etc."
but i don't think it will stop women from getting attacked/raped/etc.
i mean, many times, reports I've seen, the woman was jogging in her gym clothes, or something similar. i guess the Catholic church will always stir up controversy.

i love black kids! they are awesome. i recently discovered cut copy. very cool sound. i def dig MGMT. thanks to my friend tanya, foals made it to my ears. definitely a band to listen to. i've heard ratatat remixes, hmm...guess i will look into them a little more.
