well i was at walmart and this little girl about 13 say quote " OMG its Mizz Yandel" and she come running with her mom and she askes me if she can have my autograph. and i got so RED cuz like everybody was looking
and then she says i always see u on the mun2 shows and then she say that i hab my mun2 gear on and she asked where she can get some. then she gave me a hug and took a pic with me !!!

I am sooo happy you guys had the cojones to bring this topic up! When i saw the "new" Sammy Sosa i thought Trujillonism. One of Trujillo's agendas was to lighten up la raca killing thousands of Haitains b/c they were too africano. We have this stigma that being of darker skin is feo... i myself as a child felt fea for my skin color and hair. Its makes me sooo sad still that we think this way! I am hoping by example.. to help break that cycle one day. Dominicans are soo mixed, different and beautiful! I embrace all my roots as a Domincan form African to Lebonese.
