What up people! My name is Ben DeJesus – based in NYC but born and raised in Trenton, NJ. 100% Boricua. Since I was a kid, I’ve always been the entrepreneurial-type guy. When I was 19 I started my first biz – a parasailing business at the beach.

I’ve always been passionate about entertainment, music, movies, everything. Basically, I’m a pop culture junkie. Now I own and run Diamante Pictures and Diamante Music Group.

Besides managing Xtreme, I direct and produce music videos, TV shows and commercials. I’ve directed videos for Sean Kingston, Don Omar, Fat Joe, Aventura, NORE, Nina Sky, Xtreme, Voltio and others.

I’m also a museum and history nerd and I love traveling to different parts of the world.

Like most Latinos, my favorite thing in the world is my mom’s cooking – no one can beat it!

A funny quirk about me? I pace a lot when I’m in super thinking mode. I’m a creative and determined individual and I’m always looking for new opportunities to succeed. I believe in dreaming big and then going for your goals no matter what it takes.
