are latinos racist against blacks?

I think older latinos kinda are...
sometimes that trickles down to the younger latinos, so there is a little bit.

I think there's competition to be the best minority so sometimes that creates conflicts between latinos and blacks.

i dont think so...at least not in iowa..it's a pretty small city here though

WELL I DONT THINK SO BECAUSE I GO TO LINCOLN HIGH SCHOOL AND THERES ALOT OF AFRICAN AMERICAN PEOPLE AND MEXICANS AND EVERYONE IS MIXED SO THERES NO ALOT OF FIGHTS HERE !!! AND BESIDES SOME OF THEM ARE COOL TO HANG OUT WITH!!!
