The death of rapper Pimp C, aka Chad Butler, has been ruled accidental by the Los Angeles County Coroner. The Texas-based member of UGK overdosed on Promethazine/Codeine cough syrup which proved fatal when combined with a pre-existing sleeping condition Butler suffered from called sleep apnea.
