Telemundo has suspended news anchor Mirthala Salinas for two months without pay for "violating conflict-of-interest policies." The newswoman is being disciplined for her romantic involvement with Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and will no longer cover politics.

"Quinceañera: Mamá Quiero Ser Artista" is bringing 10 Thalia-Paulina wannabes, ages 14 through 15, to Telemundo this fall. Famous on Mexican TV, Alan Tacher will host. (via the Sun-Sentinel)
