A new TV and radio ad campaign in San Francisco tells illegal immigrants they can "safely" use public services in the city. The ads will run in different languages including English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian and Vietnamese.

Immigration activist Elvira Arellano, deported from the U.S. after seeking sanctuary in a church, was denied entry into Canada. Arellano was scheduled to speak at a forum on Sanctuary and Migrant Justice.
