Did baseball player Sammy Sosa bleach his skin to look lighter?

A day after the New York Times reported that Sammy Sosa tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs, Congress announced it will investigate baseball Sosa for testifying under oath in 2005 that he never used performance-enhancing drugs.
