Negotiators in Honduras have come to a pending agreement that would allow Manuel Zelaya to return to the office of president.

Enzo Micheletti, the nephew of the interim Honduran President Roberto Micheletti was found dead in what police say was an execution-style killing.

Honduran interim President Roberto Micheletti has lifted an emergency decree imposed when deposed leader Manuel Zelaya snuck back into the country. The order had suspended civil rights and shut down two opposition radio stations.

The U.S. says Manuel Zelaya was "foolish" for secretly returning to Honduras and hiding out in the Central American country's Brazilian embassy. In response to Zelaya's arrival, the interim Honduran government issued an emergency decree restricting civil liberties and shut down two TV stations critical of the current government. Last week, Honduras cut its political ties with Brazil.

Honduras still has two presidents, but only one desk.
