Courtney Love says she will sue Activision, the makers of Guitar Hero 5, for using the likeness of late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain in the game. Activison released a statement saying it "secured the necessary licensing rights… in a written agreement signed by Courtney Love." (via The Daily Swarm)
