Brazil has implemented a new policy that will restrict beer advertising, increase checkpoints for snaring drunk drivers and prohibit gas stations from selling alcoholic beverages. Brazil spends $20 million a year on drug and alcohol treatment and is the fourth largest beer market in the world.
