Venezuela has voted to remove term limits for politicians, which allows President Hugo Chávez to run in the South American country's 2012 presidential election. Chávez: "[U]nless God decides otherwise, unless the people decide otherwise, this soldier is already a candidate."

and this has nothing to do with this, but how come when ppl dubb over another language with english, they speak with an accent. if yr gonna speak in english for the guy u can sound white. its ok lol
