A panel of former Latin American heads of state including Brazilian President Fernando Henrique Cardoso, Mexican President Ernesto Zedillo and Colombian President César Gaviria recommend the U.S. consider legalizing marijuana because the current drug war is "a failure."

wow great idea. why dont we just make other drugs legal as well then we can be happy...

seriously that just sounds like giving up 2 me. if they do this they r sending a message to the drug dealers that they have won.

are u serious u gotta be kidding me because we all know u work with the cartels thats why your losing we need some real ppl willing to really fight against drug traffickers and cartels ----so dumb make it legal? wth

They already gave up? this means they're probably involved with it 2 and they put on a show for a while saying they're going to try to stop the trafficking. To me they didn't put up much of a fight so this was kinda expected...I'm not surprised..but i am disappointed =/
