In some cities in the U.S., law enforcement officials are threatening to file child pornography charges against teens who send racy pictures on their cell phones. Previously: One in five teenagers say they've sent semi-naked or naked pics over Internet and cell phones to "flirt."

i'm w/ ale... ppl should have the right to take pics as they choose... i mean not to say i'm for child pornography because i have two beautiful lil girls of my own but honestly... look around at other ppls pics now where do you think they get it from...
