A former Oakland BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) officer who shot and killed an unarmed man has been arrested and charged with murder. Johannes Mehserle, who resigned days after the incident, was captured on video shooting 22-year-old Oscar Grant on New Year's Day.

I saw this... it was shocking, my first thought when I watched the vid was "this has got to be a fake" I just couldn't believe someone can do such a thing. I hope he gets what he deserves.

Ive been preaching to everyone about this to anyone who was willing to listen ! im glad people were rioting ! and destroying cop cars forcing the issue !! now im gonna say this if the pull a rodney king and say this dude is innocent i can guarantee Oakland will burn...... check the video for those who have not seen it please be aware of its very very graphic content

I saw this on the news. It was f*kin crazy...I'm really glad he got arrested though! He shot that guy for NO reason, so I hope he rots in prison forever!
