A Mexican principal is being investigated after he suspended 15 male students for having their eyebrows plucked. The principal deemed it "homosexual behavior." (via Guanabee)

The problem is that they are afraid of what they can not change or control so when those that fear what can not be controlled they suspend instead of trying to understand that this is mo longer the old days
