A Florida student is suing her high school principal for allegedly violating her First Amendment rights. The 18-year-old girl was suspended for "cyberbullying" after writing a negative blog post about her English teacher on Facebook.

i do agree dat she shldnt have been suspended since it was outside of skool!! cuz not like tha act she comitted was inside of skool ground, so dat is crazi 4 tha skool 2 do dat cuz all students talk bout their teachers. . . . then it wasnt like her intentions were bad

thats why you should always put your page on private! Don't you think there are all these weird teachers who look for their students on facebook or myspace... People are very snoopy.
