Former South Dakota Senator Tom Daschle has agreed to become President-elect Barack Obama's Secretary of Health and Human Services while Eric Holder, a former Deputy Attorney General during the Clinton administration, has been nominated to become United States Attorney General. If approved, Holder will become the first African-American Attorney General in U.S. history.
