That's good, it's pretty ridiculous that people who've had their homes for 17yrs are losing them now because their payments have gone up so much.

I don`t know guys I am a homeowner & I have seen my payments go up because of taxes as well. If the government really wants to help us out then they can lower taxes for all of us. This is socialism at work here. I guess I should`ve bought a much more expensive house.

at the same time a lot of people who are losing their houses are people who 3-5 years ago purchase houses they couldn't afford...either way this is good cause i can drive thru my city and see entire streets with abandoned houses
