New Mexico Republican Party Chairman Fernando de Baca has resigned after saying Hispanics "won't vote for a Black president" because they "consider themselves above Blacks."

Well in my opinion i think that latinos
rather vote for Obama then McCain..
But never heard that we were above Black
People pero we are above..lol
