thats good, it sucks that people get kidnapped. it also sucks that people have to get micro chipped like dogs. but as long as they're safe.

it sux that a person has to live in fear. and wonder every day if today is the day they are going to get kidnapped.
implimenting chips in them selfs might work, but i thnk a kidnapper could pull the trigger alot faster than what a satelite can do to track a person...
but ill be optimistic and hope that really does work...
