The California Supreme Court has ruled that doctors are not allowed to discriminate against gay patients on the basis of religious beliefs. The ruling comes after two Christian doctors refused to artificially inseminate 36-year-old Guadalupe Benitez – a lesbian – who was undergoing fertility treatments.

dont doctors take an oath saying that they will not discriminate ....either way it shouldn't concern them whether they are lesbian or not!
