Wow i can't believe people would do that.
Although it's really sad, why would they sue the school? If they didn't want him to dress that way why didn't they stop him? Because i saw another special about this except the family was UPSET and the school for NOT letting their son wear what he wanted.... maybe they just want closure..idk

So his parents are even against him?? They are blaming the school for letting him dress feminine and wear make up? Are you kidding me? wow..makes me mad...what happened to being "open" people..maybe not.
First of all: Man or Woman have the right to be with whoever they want..Man with Man..Man with women..women and women..it could be Man and a tree..I don't care...I'll stick to my man(he's so cute)..lol
Second of all: Religion plays a big part in this. I don't believe in god but I for one respect everybodies beliefs. But religion has no right getting into the government. Just because a bunch of christians(and the president) or whatever believe in Man and women..becuase of Adam and Eve(yeah i know the story 2, i went to church also only 2 make my mother happy). You know what..get on your knees start praying for God to help them and thats it.
Third: We're not living en el año del Caldo anymore. Where everybody was scared to say the word "sex" because they were scared that Dios was going hit them with a lightning bolt We're more open about sexuality...well not totally but we're kinda open lol..

thats messed up! people just dont know what they're doing these days. everyone should be able to live their life as they want w/out the fear of being killed for just being who they are.
i dont think the school could've made him stop dressing the way he wanted anyways, i think he would keep coming to school dressed the way he wanted.
