Two months after 14-year-old Fernando Marti, the son of a wealthy Mexican businessman, was abducted and later found dead, Mexico has created a 300-member anti-kidnapping police squad.

"a number of police officers were arrested in connection with the case"

yo estoy en Mexico cada diciembre con la familia de mi papa...ive seen it all...good cop/bad cop....most cops ive came across in mexico are just in it for the money...they brive...hasta que te saquen lo que quieren...then maybe...just maybe...they'll go and stop the bad guy...

how is it that these crime mobs in Mexico are better organized, than the Actual Mexican Federal Police?
