true but u have the right from self incrimination which helps alot...specially if u havent committed the crime...but it is a good 2 keep ur mouth shut..

I got to agree dont ever talk to the [police !! thats your lawayers job !! cause most of the time you will panic and just incriminate your self and make the situation worst
