The Los Angeles Times takes a long look at competition between African-Americans and Latino immigrants in Atlanta, Georgia's day labor market: "The black laborers speak of their Latino competitors with a mix of resentment, resignation and tolerance... [b]ut they also suspect that some old, familiar prejudices are energizing the anti-illegal-immigrant movement."
