Avril Lavigne is being sued by songwriters Tommy Dunbar and James Gangwer, who allege that Lavigne's hit song "Girlfriend" rips off the chorus of "I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend," originally performed by '70s pop-rockers The Rubinoos. (via Pink is the New Blog)
