Paris Hilton is released from prison for "medical reasons" after less than three days and will serve the remainder of her 40-day sentence under house arrest.

She was sent right back.
But through the whole thing I thought they were being unfair to her. Nicole and Lindsay only got like 30 minutes in jail and they actually were driving drunk and on drugs oh and driving on the wrong side of the freeway. Paris just went to jail for driving while on probation.
