Cereals marketed directly to children "have 85% more sugar, 65% less fiber, and 60% more sodium than cereals marketed to adults for adult consumption" according to researchers at the Yale University’s Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity.

let kids eat whatever they want, I grew up eating the most unhealthiest crap in the world when I was a kid, but as you grow up you figure out whats good for you and not.
