In response to the recent killing of 16-year-old honor student Derrion Albert, Chicago school officials will implement a program to identify and treat the students that are most likely to engage in violence.

Programs like that usually dont work. The people in charge usually dont know how to identify the people who are at risk because it could be anyone, especially if their pushed to that extreme.
