Three Chicago teens have been charged with first-degree murder in the beating death of 16-year-old honor student Derrion Albert. The three boys, who hit Albert with wooden planks, were caught after a cell phone video was turned into police.

thing is nobody here is exactly innocnet..... if u notice in the video before dude got smacked in the head.... you could clearley see dude was out there swinging on people..... damn shame that people fight over the most random things.
