Venezuela has accused Colombia of "warmongering" after its neighbor agreed to let the U.S. military use three air bases. Earlier this week Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez threatened to cut off diplomatic relations with Colombia.

ughh chavez is just angry that there is u.s. presence near venezuela. its as if usa has the freaking cooties n chavez wants to say away from us.
