La Banda El Recodo has announced that vocalist Luis Antonio "Mimoso" López is leaving the group to pursue a solo career. Poncho Lizárraga: "We're supporting him, that's why he'll be on our label as a solo artist."

Well I don't really think they care if he leaves, he isn't the only one who can sing. More money for the band as they lose one member. Less money for him.
