BUT DIETIN TO THE POINT OF BURNIN YOURSELF OUT ISNT A GOOD IDEA EITHER.
ALL ONE NEEDS IS BALANCE BETWEEN THEIR INTAKE AMOUNT OF CALORIES AND THE AMOUNT BURNED IN THE DAY.
