The U.S. Government Accountability Office says law enforcement agencies are failing to curb gun-smuggling from the U.S. to México because they aren't working together: "The agencies lack clear roles and responsibilities and have been operating under an outdated inter-agency agreement."

it takes more then all of the things mentioned above......drugs and guns are not only infiltrating in the ports of entry...but also in the cerros and deserts where there are no nice fences,gates,and nice facilities.....the u.s and mexico border is not all guerded with the nice 3 fence wall like in imprerial beach,ca....agencies work 2gether but there are more places where all this illegal sh!&% its being smuggle..
