The U.S. Government Accountability Office says law enforcement agencies are failing to curb gun-smuggling from the U.S. to México because they aren't working together: "The agencies lack clear roles and responsibilities and have been operating under an outdated inter-agency agreement."

This doesn't suprise me though cuz if movies have taught me ne thing is that 1.Cops like donuts & coffee 2. Cops don't like it when you call them pigs 3. Different agencies of law enforecement don't mix and don't get along!
