A California judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by woman who was suing the makers of Cap'n Crunch because her cereal did not contain real "Crunchberries." (via Boing Boing)

If I was the judge I would have sentenced her to community service for a year. Maybe then she will have something to do instead of wasting time.
