President Obama presented Judge Sonia Sotomayor as his nominee for the Supreme Court. The 54-year-old Sotomayor, who must be confirmed by the Senate Judiciary committee before becoming the first Latina Justice, expressed her delight: "I am an ordinary person blessed with extraordinary opportunities and experiences – today is one of those experiences."
