There are now two groups calling themselves Alacranes Musical. The Urbina brothers and company have launched their own MySpace under the "Alacranes Musical, Inc." moniker, with two new members: original Alacranes vocalist Sergio "Hersheys" Federico and Alonzo Andez.

well alacranes, i love your music and all, but i feel like if you guys split, it aint going to be the same.. just look at kumbia kings, i loove there music, bt ever since they split and made new groups, there music wasnt as good as when they were together.. today you guys are to present yourselfs at the stockton fairgrounds for a jaripeo.. hopefully you guys can put all the s*** aside and move foward and make more good music.. if it dont work out pues good luck!!

Its all about the Urbina family they started the group so they have more right of the name but whatever hopefully the real band is very successful and the true Alacranes fans keep supporting the Urbina's :)
