President Obama will soon sign a credit card reform bill after the House overwhelmingly passed the legislation in a 361-64 vote. The bill protects consumers from hidden fees and other charges, including fees for paying by phone or going over one's credit limit.

but 1st b4 a law can b, it is called a bill, then it goes in2 legislation where it is brought about when n if da Prez signs it, if not then it goes back 2 Congress where it can b overriden w/ out da Prez...

About time! Them fees and "courtesies" are killa! They tell you that they allow you make your purchase evn when you ain't got no money as a courtesy but then they charge you mad fees for it! A tru courtesy wouldn't come with fees! Thanks Obama!
