The Obama administration will expand a program launched by former President George W. Bush that checks the immigration status of prison inmates. Once identified, illegal immigrants who have committed non-immigration crimes are then deported.

SO why when Bush was doing this everybody thought it was bad and now that Obama is gonna do it its suuddenly good? well i always thought it was kinda good but they are still gonna try to cross over the border again.
