A Guatemalan Twitter user has been arrested for "inciting financial panic" after posting a tweet asking Guatemalans to withdraw their money from the state's bank, Banrural, to protest its alleged corruption. The Banrural bank is at the center of the explosive political scandal involving slain attorney Rodrigo Rosenberg and President Alvaro Colom.
