There are some rich snobs out there pero como todo it's just that select few that give rich people a bad name but you gotta know that its like that with all races,clicks and classes. It's just stereotyping that Chavez is talking about, in a very ignorant/public way! And the only reason we all hear about it is cuz he broadcasts his own speeches and or paparazzi need something new to push onto the headlines therefore his rambling sessions make the news.
