"Where have Shakira been"?
Uh, lets see she has been helping the less fortunate by opening a new school in Colombia that is where she’s been. Writing new songs for her upcoming album. As a matter of fact go to YouTube and type in Shakira and Wycelf- "The Border" (Yes they made another song together, go check it out. It’s HOTTTTTTTTTTTTT).
