Chrysler, the third-largest car maker in the U.S., filed for bankruptcy and will stop production until it reaches an agreement with Italian carmaker Fiat to help reduce its $6.9 billion debt. President Obama said it was "not a sign of weakness," but "one more step on a clearly chartered path to Chrysler’s revival."

I just think it's funny that evn though they're going into bankruptcy they don't stop production!? They should of stopped way back when!!! And to top that off they be planning and drafting up concept plug in or eco friendly cars when they don't evn know whether the company's going to be able to surpass these hard times! But i guess they figure that Uncle Sam will bail them or or at least fork over a couple mil/bil.
