The Army says it wants to scale back its "stop-loss" program, which keeps troops active past their final enlistment date. Military officials say they could possibly eliminate the program within two years.

well its not that simple 2 just suddenly bring todos back u kno, coz if they did then da war would b brought on2 our own backyards n ppl would rather have it b them then us, which is also wrong but we need better ways of dealing w/ stuff n handlin tough situations
