Former Mexican foreign minister Jorge Castañeda claims Raul Castro removed two members of Cuba's cabinet because the men were plotting a coup with the help of Venezuela's Hugo Chávez. Castañeda says the men were afraid Raul Castro would betray the ideals of the Cuban revolution. (via Foreign Policy)
